Eliminate and replace negative thoughts with positive ones. If you find yourself becoming pessimistic, take a step back and create a POSITIVE thought.

Stop associating with people who are negative. They prevent you from reaching your goals. Negative people are toxic.

Visualize positive outcome that you want from ACX. Under NO circumstance let fear be part of your thought processes.

As you become more positive, you will discover that even normal activities that may have annoyed or bored you in the past can become enjoyable.

Stop saying “I can’t.” Instead ask yourself, “How can I?” 

Even “I think I can” is not good enough. As a positive person, you already KNOW you can.

Regular exercise produces positive endorphins that will help even the most pessimistic people. Plus, you’ll live longer to enjoy your success.

Optimism is Contagious

Have you ever been around a depressed or pessimistic person? 

You can literally feel them sucking the energy out of the room and out of you. Even when you are having a wonderful day it can be ruined by one negative person!

The same applies to positive people. When you are optimistic, you provide positive energy to the people that you interact with.
